Cecilia Feeley joined CAIT in October 2010 as a transportation autism project manager to address transportation and mobility issues for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Feeley received her Ph.D. in transportation from New Jersey Institute of Technology. Her dissertation focused on development and validation of a paratransit skills assessment for persons on the autism spectrum.

In January 2010 she presented a paper titled “Evaluating the Transportation Needs and Accessibility Issues for Adults on the Autism Spectrum in New Jersey” at the Transportation Research Board annual meeting.

Feeley has experience in private consulting and has worked with various transportation planning agencies including the National Center for Transportation and Industrial Productivity, the International Intermodal Transportation Center, and the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA).
