NJLTAP – Federal-aid Responsible Charge (Webinar)

Are you or your agency in charge of a federal-aid project? Recipients of federal funds are responsible for managing, overseeing construction, supervising, and inspecting project activities to ensure conformance with contract plans and specifications. This Federal-Aid Responsible Charge Training is geared toward Local Public Agency staff or Contractors who are expected to be the person designated as Responsible Charge of Federally Funded Local Aid projects. This course will provide information for the first time Federal-aid recipient but can also serve as a refresher of the conditions and expectations attached to the position. This course will be geared towards the person in Responsible Charge; however, others will be encouraged to attend including bicycle and pedestrian advocate groups.
PLEASE NOTE: Participants are welcome to join any part of this webinar, however a certificate of attendance will only be issued to those who attend the full session on both days.

If am emailed or faxed withdrawal is not received by our department, the full program fee will be charged and is nonrefundable. A phone call asking for withdrawal is not sufficient.
