Summary:

This study aims to develop evaluation techniques for various indicators in the planning and construction processes at transportation agencies, and incorporate them into organizational decision-making. The intended outcome of this project is to help transportation agencies across the country evaluate their organizational processes, measurement methods, and performance standards.
