Summary:

The primary goal of this proposal is to define and document JFK Cargo View requirements, evaluating the options and costs to acquire, develop, and manage the system, exploring potential business models to operate and monetize it, and establishing an implementation plan to develop and deploy it.

There is potential that this planning and app definition and prototype land-side truck-cargo simulation model can be used in other airports with similar congestion issues and long truck wait time. This will help the communities in airport areas in reduction of pollution caused by excessive truck wait-time to improve quality of life for residents and workers in the airport.
