The research team proposes the development of a cutting edge guideline on Life Cycle Cost Reduction. This document will address the challenge many infrastructure asset owners face and provide critical decision-making tools to optimize both network-level and project specific improvements.

The authors will also perform sensitivity analysis on the models to investigate (what if) analysis of these models.
