NJLTAP – Basics of Strategic Communications Planning (Webinar)

Course Description:

Government agencies need to communicate effectively to keep the public in the loop and show them how awesome your work with leaders and lawmakers is. But do you have a plan for your communication? Is it focused, consistent, and actually working? If not, a simple strategic communication plan can do wonders to fix it.

In this webinar, you’ll learn the basics of how to make a disciplined communication plan for your agency that will show you exactly what to do, when to do it, and what results you should get. This includes the four crucial questions you’ll need to answer to plan for effective communications activities, as well as the tools and practices you can use to carry that plan out with your current team– even technical staff!

  3. Implement a plan based on trusted tools and proven practices
