The main goal of this proposal is to develop a proof of concept (POC) for the Port Authority Engineering Department that will provide key stakeholders with improved access to and visualization of key infrastructure assets information (Wharves, retaining walls and bridges etc.).
The prototype application will provide PANYNJ engineers with a collection of visualization and analysis tools that will enhance and support SGR planning, capital renewal program development, maintenance and operations planning, annual budgeting and asset investment planning. These tools are intended to assemble and leverage existing asset data that may reside in siloed repositories across the agency.
