This virtual Construction Law Refresher course will provide an overview of the laws, rules, and regulations that govern the planning, design, and construction of buildings and structures. Expert instructors will discuss the basics of the Spearin Doctrine, design immunity, claim avoidance/mitigation, roles and responsibilities, and more, while also focusing on the relationships of the various parties in NJ Transit project delivery methods.
